Homeschool Freebie of the Day or Week

If you enjoy unit studies, notebooking, sample chapters, ebook how-to guides, and more, you may want to bookmark the following websites:

CurrClick: Curriculum in a Click

Formerly Homeschool eStore, CurrClick offers a wide variety of homeschooling resources at reasonable prices --- including their popular Free Download of the Week. This week's special is a 90-page guide to Charlotte-Mason-style nature study: LBC Nature Journal. I have been a CurrClick fan for ages, and every product I've tried has been full of value.
Living Books for the Ears
Chickenfoot loves listening to these weekly mp3 downloads of old-time radio shows. The current download is one of his favorites: Big Jon & Sparky. Past shows have included highlights from history, literature dramatizations, and classic radio comedy --- always a treat!
Homeschool Freebie of the Day
A brand-new website from the Erskine family --- the homeschool radio shows people. This time they are giving away a free ebook or other download every day (M-F), for one day only. Yesterday, I got a 13-page pdf of activity ideas for rainy-day play, which included a classic recipe for bread-and-glue clay. Past resources have included a guide to homeschooling, how to get financial aid for college, and an audio speed-reading course. Go check out today's offering.
Watch those copyrights!

As always, be sure to respect the copyright on any homeschooling product --- "free" does NOT mean "free for all." You can download these resources for your own use, but please do not copy them to pass around to your friends. If you like a website, by all means encourage your friends to try it out, but do not take advantage of the curriculum publisher's generosity by violating their rights.

Do you know of any other great resources for homeschooling freebies? Please leave a comment and share the fun!
